$50 per person | $200 team of 4
Join us at 9:00 AM at Mariah Hills Golf Course.
4 man scramble format. Open to any skill level and age. Cost includes 18 Holes of Golf, Golf Cart, Door Prizes, and lunch provided. (Bring your own clubs).
Sign-up today by submitting your information on the attached form. If you know who will be on your team (4 man scramble), please include their first and last names in the “Notes” section of the sign-up form.
If you don’t have a group to play with, we will find you a group to join. Please be sure to note that on the form.
Payment will be at the golf course on the day of the event.
